On 15 April 2020, a line for the production of kiln rollers was put into operation at diamorph hob certec, with the AWL 300 extruder vacuum unit fitted with a filling conveyor and an automatic line with continuous cutting. Customers today can process materials and press their products with a high pressure of up to 80 bar. Furthermore, continuous cutting of rollers in a large range of lengths is ensured. The installation of the line, which AWELD supplied completely, including the control system, has increased significantly the possibilities and quality of kiln roller production.
